Hi, friends! At Summit next month I'm presenting on "documentation," the variety of policy and procedure -- and other -- documents we create about using our fundraising CRMs/databases. (I'm not addressing Gift Acceptance policies and the like.)
As a consultant on one particular fundraising CRM/database, I would love to hear from you either through this forum or directly (bill@billconnors.com) on:
- Examples of your database documentation you or your team have created that you would be willing to share with me, session attendees, and others online, including on Raiser's Edge but especially for other products since I have RE well covered. I likely won't be able to incorporate everything I hope to get, so I appreciate your understanding if I don't, but I will most definitely look at and consider everything sent. I'm happy to get portions of documents if you'd prefer to show off sections as models but not share the entire documents.
- Your recommendations and questions about the variety of forms, the nature of the content, etc. of the documents and documentation we create towards this end.
I have and will continue to comb through the archive here as well but would love examples for which I've been given explicit permission to share broadly.
