Hi folks - my school is (again) talking about investing in Raiser's Edge, and part of that discussion is that RE offers some data hygiene services which we currently do manually or need to purchase from other vendors. Does anyone have feedback on any of those services? NCOA is what it is, but I would love to hear if anyone has had success or failure with the other Finder products (Deceased Record, Email, Phone, Cell Phone, Age).
Obviously anything that comes from an append process needs to be vetted before updating a constituent record, but right now we are focusing on our current data and the impact that moving to RE could have on our lost records, bad emails, bad phones, etc. Thanks in advance for any feedback anyone can offer!
