Good morning,
I am currently looking for examples of letters to notify donors that have given to funds that they have contributed to but have not established that we have to change the purpose of the fund. We could have had to change it because it was illegal, administrative issues, wasteful, etc.
We call these "Negative Confirmation Letters." We are having to notify all the donors who have given to a fund that we are changing the purpose. Any example would be appreciated.
Here is our first draft, which I am not in love with. I thought it would give you an idea of what we are looking for.
