Hi everyone,
Curious to know how other organizations consider email unsubscribes through an email unsubscribe form. When someone unsubscribes in response to a mass-marketing email, does your org consider that to be an unsubscribe from all email communications, including - say - direct outreach from a gift officer? Or only mass-communications through an email marketing system?
At my organization it is inclusive of direct communication from development, but I am questioning if that is the conventional wisdom.
