  • 1.  Discount on rentals - No GIK but still a sponsor?

    Hi,
    A local business that we regularly rent tables and tents from is giving us a discount on the rental this year. I believe this cannot be considered a gift in kind due to partial interest but are there any issues with this company being listed as a sponsor?

    You are correct (partial interest). But you can set any guideline you want on identifying sponsors.
