    Hi All,

    I hope everyone is having a good summer.

    Has anyone heard of the Dept of Education - New Related Party Disclosure Requirements for Higher Education Institutions?

    I was researching to see if any other institutions have already done it. If you have done it already, can you share a format/template and/or your approach to this requirement?

    Hi Oscar,

    We are currently working on this requirement. We've pulled the data but have yet to establish a final format. Our Controller's Office is taking the lead on this but I'm also interested to see others approach to this requirement. It's been a fairly quick turnaround for us and I imagine we're all in a similar boat.

    Yes - we've pulled the data (easiest part of the whole request) and presented a format to our Controller's Office, they too have taken the lead on submission.

    Basically grouped by Party/Family/Organization for each of our Third Party and should be getting feedback late next week from them after they meet with our auditors.  I would be happy to follow up once we hear back from them.
