Once again, a topic seen pretty often, although many times without answers: at our institution we are engaged in discussions regarding staffing strategies for data processors, for a database currently close to 500K records.
I would greatly appreciate it if you would share your numbers and the level of automation you have in place. Also, is your Data team a stand-alone, or merged with Gifts, or maybe Reporting and Analytics?
