    Good afternoon!  We are looking to clean up our database, and I wanted to see if anyone had used a particular company or software to perform the clearn up and whether or not you would recommend that company and or software.

    I have attached the last list of providers I collected from FundSvcs and clients. I cannot vote yes or no on any of them. But I take them off the list when I hear bad things about them!

    Hi Mary,

    We recently engaged AlumniLocators for a comprehensive project aimed at updating and enhancing our alumni and donor records. By utilizing email, address, phone number, and NCOA processes, we were able to significantly improve and augment the records in our system. We were very pleased with the results and the overall outcome of the project.

    Dwight, I will add AlumniLocators to my list of data hygiene providers.

    I am going to assume that while their marketing blurb states, "Data Solutions for Alumni," they also serve non-educational nonprofit organizations. If that's not accurate, please let me know, and I will footnote that entry.
