Hi, our K-12 school is looking at options for a whole-school CRM and two options that are leading at the present are Veracross and Community Brands' BigSIS (which Development would then use GiveSmart CRM connected to BigSIS which is the Community Brands product for fundraising).
Anyone here have any experience with Veracross or GiveSmart CRM (formerly Simply Fundraising CRM)? I would love feedback on how it works as a Development platform in terms of gift entry, pledge management, and prospect management tracking, etc. Just looking for feedback on either.
