    Hi AASP community,

    Is anyone working with a vendor who manages their Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) application and/or state workplace campaign applications? Any recommendations?

    Can you be a bit more specific regarding this topic? The US Office of Personnel Management runs the CFC. Recording the donations you receive through the CFC is pretty much the same as handling United Way contributions.

    Can you share what services you are looking for and for whom?

    Hi Claire,

    My org has used America's Charities for this the past 5-6 years and it works for us. There are still about a dozen that they can't/don't complete, but that is a manageable number for a staff member to complete.

    John - our organization has participated as a charity in the CFC as well as various state workplace giving campaigns for a number of years. The applications to participate in these campaigns have been prepared by a third-party vendor who also manages our charity state registrations. While I am aware of a number of vendors who manage charity state registrations, I'm trying to find more information about CFC participation - are other orgs using a vendor, or using staff effort? Or, choosing to not participate?

    Ahh. I understand!

    Sadly, I cannot help you. My last experience with CFC was running the program for my ship of 1,200. But that was so long ago (before the internet!), my experience would not be relevant!
