    I couldn't find anything in the archives about the Colorado Privacy Act but I wanted to get general feedback, on what, (if applicable) are you doing to conform with CPA at an institution level?

    Syed, most of us (except those large nonprofit organizations in Colorado) are exempt from CPA. The key factor in determining applicability is whether you have 100,000 or more Colorado residents in your database. That's going to apply to very few of us.
