Good afternoon,
Searching the collection for advice. Is the purchase of a care package, which is then distributed to a student, a donation? For example, you go online and give $30, triggering a department to put together a basket of goodies which is then delivered to a student. Is this a donation? I see a lot of this right now on different college sites as finals week is approaching. I'm feeling like it isn't, but having difficulty finding backup for that feeling. I'm sure FMV has to be considered....
