Our call center has recently added business phone numbers to their list of phone numbers of alumni they are calling. What do you all think as far as best practices on whether to call or not call business (work) phone numbers to solicit for gifts? Thank you in advance for any input!

I know some institutions call business phones, often because there is a higher success rate in reaching the individual.  I would suggest being prepared to code some of these individuals "do not call at business number", based on their response.
