    We are revamping our BREs and are considering removing the space for credit card information. Can someone share their policy on this and/or a sample of your org's BRE?

    We removed the credit card information from all of our correspondence and replaced it with our web address a few years ago. Asking donor's to write their credit card information on a piece of paper and mail it does not align with our PCI compliance.

    Given the unreliability of BRE delivery, I would not use them for credit cards. Many of my clients have stopped using them either completely or at least for end of year appeals.
