    Hi,

    My organization is transitioning to NXT for our online donation forms and I'm trying to decide if donor cover or complete cover is a better fit. Does anyone have any experience using complete cover and if so, are there certain downsides you've encountered that we should consider?

    Kelly,

    You should note that if you turn on Donor Cover or Complete Cover that your Venmo and PayPal options will go away for your donors.  We measured and realized that we get a sizable number of donors for a respectable amount (for us) that use Venmo and PayPal.  We have therefore chosen not to use either option.
