We are a small-ish shop consisting of a Dir of Adv Srvcs, a gifts person, a stewardship person, and a records/research person. We also have an advancement data systems position that is the DBA for our CRM, Raiser's Edge NXT. This person is also the lead on integrations with 3rd parties outside of RE, including the campus legacy system. This person is the #2 and serves as the unit's leader in the absence of the Director.
If you have a comparable and willing, please share the starting salary range of your DBA; either publically in this thread or message me directly.
And/Or, if you are familiar with a resource on this site or others that may provide this kind of info, I'm scouring and would welcome a point in the right direction.
