    Sorry, all but I misunderstood the ask. A donor would like to give us appreciated EQUITY. Please let me know your thoughts and if this is something we should entertain.

    It's still likely appreciated stock. Possibly shares in some fund. The question you need to be asking now is what the equity is. Hard to know if you should entertain something if you don't know what it is!
