    Good morning. Like many of us, my organization is trying to keep up with the changes in AI to help fundraising but also be aware of the pitfalls and other concerns of using AI. To that end we are starting the process of putting together AI guidelines and an policy manual. I was wondering if anyone else has already done this and would be willing to share their document.

    Take a look at the AI Ethics Toolkit prepared by Apra. It's only available to Apra members:


    While it has a prospect development slant, it's quite good. Frankly, I tend to see AI used most in the prospect development arena.

    Most of the other Advancement alliances (CASE, AFP, aasp) are in various stages of developing or reviewing AI guidelines. I am also working on a framework policy for my clients, but it's only in the outline stage right now. I need to carve out time away from client work to flesh that out!
