  • 1.  Advancement CRM Integration with Workday

    A colleague at one of my previous recent clients informed me of their plans to replace their Advancement CRM (of 20 years - yea!). They've sent an RFP and will be narrowing the field.

    The campus is implementing Workday. They would love to be in contact with any institutions that have built a seamless (or nearly so) integration with that product and any Advancement CRM.

    Hi John,

    Hamilton is moving to Workday with the first phase, finance and hr, being scheduled for 7/1/2024. The Advancement Office is moving to ascend/Salesforce with a Go Live date of late January/early February 2024. We will be communicating two way with Workday, however I believe our strategy will be to use our Snowflake warehouse as an intermediary.

    Hi John,

    Our campus uses Workday for Finance and HR. We integrate with SalesForce EDA currently and are widening that integration currently. Happy to chat with anyone about it.

    We have an integration between Workday (HR) and our Salesforce CRM (ascend).
