Hi, John. Did you receive replies to your question? We are having the same issue. The latest is we have a parent who made a recurring gift in December to be charged monthly, and the first recurring gift pay cash was charged for the same amount. The second transaction was processed at the end of January, but the gift amount brought into RE NXT was less than that of the recurring gift. Advancement believes this may be due to the conversion (the parent lives in Mexico), but they have contacted Classy for more information. We never had this problem with Blackbaud Merchant Services.
