Because there was so much interest in discussing Raiser's Edge topics, I thought that I should host another webinar on Raiser's Edge. Next week's topic will be "Do not contact" issues in Raiser's Edge, including questions such as: --"Do not contact", "do not mail", "do not e-mail"...how granular should we get with Solicit Codes? --GDPR for European Union citizens and residents and "the right to be forgotten"--how do we code that? (and should we give our other constituents that right?) --Keeping "do not contact/mail" out of mailing lists: is flagging a constituent enough? --Should an organization ever consider contacting "do not contact etc." constituents to ask them if they've changed their mind--and if so, how often?
