Director and Head, Donor Relations (req 6248)
The Director and Head of Donor Relations is a new leadership role in GPP’s USA Philanthropy Division at the International Rescue Committee. We are looking for a creative and experienced fundraising professional to reshape and reimagine a comprehensive, best-in-class donor relations program that supports donor-centered fundraising. This dynamic leader will create a high performing, comprehensive and proactive team to execute all four pillars of donor relations: acknowledgment, stewardship, recognition and engagement.
Director and Head, Prospect Development (req 6247)
The Director and Head of Prospect Development is a new leadership role in the USA Philanthropy Division at the International Rescue Committee. Reporting to the Senior Director of Philanthropic Services, the Director and Head will build a full-service Prospect Development team. The Head will design, implement, and oversee strategies for gathering, analyzing, and presenting prospect data to fundraisers, managers, and senior staff to drive data-informed fundraising. S/he/they will ensure the ongoing development of a robust prospect pipeline, including the movement of assigned prospects through the donor cycle, advancing donors to higher levels of giving and planned gifts, and increasing the number of new donors annually.
