St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School Advancement Office is responsible for
engaging, cultivating and soliciting over 7,000 constituents including
alumni, current parents, grandparents, parents of alumni, faculty and
staff. The Senior Director of Advancement Services is responsible for
overseeing the facilitation of fundraising, gift processing, constituent
tracking and pipeline management, relationship management, research and
reporting, stewardship, gift acknowledgement, events and database
management. This position will be responsible for the understanding and
implementation of industry-standard best practices and will liaise with the
Business Office on matters of compliance. This position will ensure data
integrity across the Advancement function. As the school embarks on its
most ambitious campaign to-date, this position will be instrumental in
providing in-depth support across various facets of the Advancement team
and helping to standardize and implement metrics to ensure success. This
position reports directly to the Chief Advancement Officer and serves as a
member of the leadership and decision-making team within the Advancement
Office, while overseeing a team of two, plus one cross-departmental
position. This position is a full-time, twelve-month position.
