Pricing Existing Spaces or Leased Spaces as Naming Opportunities

Hello, I am working on policies for the naming of physical spaces and have used many resources from the archives. I think one of the unique situations of an urban university is the leasing of buildings/spaces and the lack of a quad-based campus. I am interested to review naming policies related to leased spaces. I am also interested in reviewing policies reflecting the naming of a building/physical space that is not new construction nor in need of a renovation. How do you price this space? Is it at a discount from the last documented price? And do you still include a clause about "...useful life of the space." If you don't have a policy, I would also be interested in your suggestions. Thank you, Ryan RYAN G.
