    All, Lehigh is soon looking to add new positions to our team to support an upcoming systems implementation (replacement of Banner Advancement). The first position is an implementation project manager who will be charged with all of the normal PM duties for the systems implementation. The second position is a knowledge manager/trainer who will be responsible for building and maintaining the business process and end user documentation on the new system. They will also be responsible for doing all of the training for the new system during the implementation and going forward indefinitely (onboarding, refreshers, etc…). I searched the list and downloads and was able to find one or two PDs as examples, but most were linked and were taken down when the position was filled. If you have examples of PDs for either of these positions, I’d love to use them as a resource while I craft the PDs for the positions here at Lehigh. Thanks!
