As background, TSI (transforming.com) has developed a moderate, if not pedigree, list of clients - NYU, UChicago, Georgia Tech, LSU, UFlorida, and others. An area of noteworthy success is in Advancement Technology Assessment, Strategy, and Software Selection.
The Advancement Process Analyst should be skilled at authoring business processes, procedures, and policies that will be followed within an Advancement operation. They should also have experience in the areas of engagement, development, and gift administration areas, along with other ancillary areas. This individual should have strong communication and analytical skills and have the ability to ask critical questions to provoke transformative thinking.
