We are trying to become more savy using RENXT versus the database view. We are reviewing our current dashboards/reports we use that takes forever to update since we run a multiple of different canned reports/ queries to get our data to compile in one report. As we rethink our current reports/dashboards, we want our decisions based on the data. Does anyone have recommendations or can share what they are tracking that are useful for dashboard report? At the same time is there away to build this in a report in RENXT that is a click of a button and done instead of hours compiling giving rates, average gift amounts, donor retention rate, first time donor retention, donor reactivation rate, total revenue from reactivated donors, etc...
I think this might something we can do with the report builder but currently we do not have that functionality. Any suggestions, or sample dashboards that others use would be helpful.
