We have a donor who created an endowment. One of the terms of the endowment is that she is supposed to give $XX,000 to the endowment each year.
I believe the gift officer will try to use this as a solicitation. I believe it isn't a new solicitation since it's required via the endowment agreement.
The most the GO would have to do is remind the donor to make her gift.
Am I looking at this correctly?
