Are you using Raiser's Edge NXT? If so, I can give you a few "ah-ha's" specific to the web view.
Also, and I realize I am preaching to the choir, our go to has always been did the action constitute a "move" for the relationship of that constituent and the organization. That is when it is most important for a the action to be in the database. Grady Health Foundation will long outlast you and any of your fundraisers. It is important that institutional history is preserved...we want those who are coming after us 5, 10, 20+ years from now to also be successful.

We have some folks that don’t use the database at all, and some that put in EVERYTHING as an action.
