Hi Amber BBMS has a transaction report that can be run for each disbursement (either daily or 4x a month, depends on which plan you choose) which shows all the fees and the net going into your bank account. Easy for them to access as part of reconciliation. Has anyone's finance office switched from charging online credit card fees on a monthly basis to a per-transaction basis? We are looking at switching to Blackbaud Merchant Services which will force our finance team to do just that and we were hoping for some tips and guidance. Thanks, Amber _______________________________________________ Amber R.
