RE/RENXT - Campaigns, Appeals, Packages

Fellow Advancement Services Professionals, I'm interested in speaking with some RE/RENXT users who make effective use of Campaigns, Appeals, and Packages. We're in the process of rethinking how we currently use the three and would like to know how other organizations have structured their programs for effective tracking, reporting, etc. for giving, tagging records, event registrations, etc. Please let me know if you're interested in providing your teams' insights and we can scheduled a call off-list. Thank you.

Hi Jeffrey, I'm also happy to share how we use campaigns/appeals/packages. Hi all, It looks like asking this question has amassed some interest in an open discussion about how others are effectively using Campaigns, Funds, Appeals and Packages in RE/NXT. There also seems to be a trend toward "we're going to be upgrading to NXT soon" and ensuring effective reporting associated with that conversion. I'm surprised someone from Blackbaud or a consultant hasn't chimed in yet. :) I'm happy to set up a Google Meet for those interested in sharing how they're using Campaigns, Funds, Appeals and Packages and for others to learn some new practices. I have scheduled a few preliminary calls this week and what I learn during those discussions will sort of set our group conversation. I'll be out of the office next week so the call will be during the week of August 19th. I'll schedule the meeting for the middle of the day CST so those on the coasts can have a reasonable opportunity to join. To keep emails on the FUNDSVCS list to a minimum, I will invite those who responded off-list. If you can join, great. If you want to be invited, please email me off-list. The threading for this new version of the listserv is a bit odd, so hopefully I catch everyone who responded. Again, if I miss you in the invite, please email me off-list. The expectation for the call will be that people will share ideas and to learn from one another through questions and conversation. This will be timely considering Summit is this week. Let's keep the learning and this community of practice going! Talk to you all soon.

Hi, Jennifer, Yes. Jeffrey set up a different time to accommodate those of us who were not available today. I feel like it's a hot enough topic for us to get together on once a week, given the reaction to the original question. Feel free to join both -- you'll get some great ideas. Jeffrey, do you mind sharing your scheduled time and link? --Marianne ________________________________________ Marianne M.
