FWIW - while I agree that our organizations should try to reasonably
accommodate requests for adjusted quids based on a proactive donor request,
I would suggest that kind of activity be discouraged as you could end up
with way more effort in managing those kinds of adjustments than you really
want to deal with [if you do it for one then word can get around and others
might want to start cherry-picking through benefits, as well]. Perhaps
circling back with sponsor to see if they would be willing to "host" a
special guest of some kind to fill out those spots rather than attempting
to incrementally adjust the benefit package(s)?
