Coe College seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented professional for the role
of Records Specialist in the Advancement Office. The Records Specialist is
responsible for the recording, maintenance and accuracy of all biographical
data provided to the college by alumni, parents and friends. In addition,
the person in this role will work collaboratively with the rest of the
Advancement team to maintain data, pull queries and document processes.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in database entry and data quality assurance,
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advancement experience in a higher education environment and
experience with relational database highly preferred.
- Successful completion of a background check in accordance with Coe
College policy.
