Good Evening, We would set this type of situation up as an internal agreement and only internal people would sign. In a class situation there is like 500 donors and not really a lead donor. Will share our internal gift agreement temple soon. Sent from my iPhone > On Jul 18, 2019, at 5:26 PM, Emanuel-Sims, Beatrice <beemanuel-sims@pvamu.edu> wrote: > > Hello all, > > Question. Hello all, Question. When setting up an endowed or current use scholarship agreement from an entity like a fraternity or sorority or class, should the designee on the agreement be an individual or the entity? For example, should the line read: We, the Class of 2019, hereby gift $50,000... or should there be an individual name place as the donor who represents the group? Thanks for the assistance.
