We send them one with the first commitment and then they get an end of year letter. Unless they request to get one every time but I have just one donor that wants them like that.

Just wondering what policy you have for sustaining donors? Do you send them a thank you/acknowledgement letter every time they donate or just at the end of the quarter/year? Or is it done per donor request? We are just trying to figure out the best practice.
