Good morning, everyone.
I am working in RE Database view and have a question about organization records. Is there a secret that I am unaware of that would enable me to input a contact name for an organization that would appear in the "Addressee" field when I pull a list? Right now when my individuals and organizations are co-mingled in a mailing list, I am doing a lot of manual clean-up to have the names appear before the orgs for mailing.
For example, this is what I have pulling based on how it is entered in RE:
Addressee
Address 1
Address 2
Company Name A
Mr. John Smith
123 Main Street
Dr. Jane Smith
555 Main Street
