Our office is looking to build new data reports and update data-related processes for our Alumni Relations/Annual Giving team. Specifically looking for the following:
* Do you still use a report to show Alumni Participation Rate? Or has this been phased out? If phased out, what numbers are you using that is helping to advance the needle? If you still use the alumni participation rate, would you be willing to share a sample report?
* Do you have sample reports to show how alumni involvement leads to giving?
* How often is your annual giving team provided with updated reports? Daily? Weekly? Monthly? If it helps, we currently use Raiser's Edge and are looking into RE NXT.
* Are there any other reports not mentioned that you or the ARAG team has found useful?
If anyone would be willing to discuss via phone, please let me know! Our Executive Director of ARAG and are very interested to learn what others are doing.
