Wealth Screening Data Imported to Main CRM

Hi Tracey, There is no right or wrong here. The nirvana state of a database is when all sources of data have been integrated into one System of Record. However, for reasons such as those that you mention, the reality is somewhere in-between. Each organization needs to decide what works for them. I can understand her desire to have the wealth screening data combined with donor/move management data within RE, since it will increase her efficiency in her work. At the same time, if this is impacting other teams or the budget due to the volume being synced, then you can employ some in-between strategy. The methods such as manual import/export, or accessing the research database, are workable but generally means more manual work on the part of the development team, and therefore, from her perspective, not ideal. Hope this helps. *Medha Nanal* *Strategic Data & CRM Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations* (Fundraising, Programs, Operations, Communications) 650-600-9374 www.topcloudconsult.com ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On Mon, Jul 1, 2019 at 9:54 AM Tracey Mullane <tmullane@pih.org> wrote: > A question about how much data from wealth screenings people bring over > from their research database into their main CRM?
