We have been very impressed with OneCause and their BidPal software. Their customer support is out of this world. It was here when I started, so I'm not sure on the cost comparison to others. We are able to ticket unlimited events through there, though, at our contract price of about $3,500 for the year - which includes their staff at our large spring gala. *Abby 'Keenan' Schneider* *Class of '99* Cathedral High School Development Associate 320-529-4603 (direct line) On Wed, Jun 26, 2019 at 9:56 AM Day, Jennifer A. <jday@mms.org> wrote: > Looking for recommendations on auction software that will allow for > online bidding in advance of the live event. Although it has been awhile, I used biddingowl.com at a former institution and we were pleased with the capabilities. Michael [cid:image001.png@01D18E89.6C83DD60] Michael S. Hello, Jennifer! If am to love only one software application that we use here, then it is BidPal. It can be used for live auctions, silent auctions, fundraising events without auctions and*snarf*…golf outings. The mobile bidding is intuitive and attendees at various events had an easy time using it on their phones. We’ve had a couple of events where bidding was opened a week ahead of the event and it worked well. There a number of other features as well (i.e. table organizing, sponsorship logos/links, It also has a lot of built-in reports and gives you an event summary after the event is over. The reports come in handy for us because it makes it easy to reconcile funds and send the needed information to our business office. I concur with Abby about their customer service. Throughout the two years that we have been using BidPal, they have always been quick to respond.
