Please contact Mary-Helen McCulloch (I have bcc her on this and her contact
info is below). Mary-Helen helped us research and start a relationship with
Free Will this past year. We are early in our relationship with them, and I
have not heard of that happening. However, it is possible from what I know
about their online template. Someone with a relationship at another
institution who has/uses Free Will could conceivably fill out the form for
one institution and include mention of another in it. In turn, I can
imagine that would lead them to contact the other institution.
