Good morning.
I'm looking to talk with anyone who sits on an internal gift acceptance committee that reviews requests to donate to your institution, or is aware of the processes involved in gift acceptance at your institution. We have a formal policy but we're just putting some internal workflow items in place and I can see where it would quickly become time consuming for me to determine what needs to be reviewed via committee or to prompt gift officers individually with what questions need to be asked of the prospective donor prior to review. I'm hoping to learn from others if there is a form or process that has helped address this potential bottleneck - interested in learning what's working well in the gift acceptance process world.
