I would not touch these payments in Advancement. They are not gifts and do not count in fundraising totals. Let the event organizers deal with the headaches and the Business Office. Get your gift processors out of this loop! John John H. Taylor Principal, John H. I feel like I just saw this recently but can't find it in the Archives. Déjà vu? We just heard that a raffle is being held in conjunction with one of our events. The flyer states that a minimum of 100 raffle tickets must be sold or the funds will be returned. Our gifts processing team is concerned about the potential 99 refunds they will have to process - and the time and effort working with our Finance office to make this happen. Has anyone dealt with this? Any advice to offer?
