Good morning. I had a chance yesterday to see a demo of the Donor Tek Receipt Pro program and I was amazed at the capabilities. We currently generate our receipts directly through RE but are often frustrated by the inability to quickly change up the design of the letter template and content - those of you who have done it know it can be a cumbersome process. I have no vested interest in the success of this product. I'm posting this because this tool is a definite time saver and offers increased capacity for meaningful touches with donors and excellent brand representation. Hi! I wanted to share that we purchased the ReceipterPro product and have been using it for a few months. It has been working well and Shawn Steele has been great to work with! He is receptive to ideas and input and is quick to make changes. This product can replace the Mail receipt function and has most of the same fields available. You can create multiple templates and business rules to match the gift to the appropriate template. This has meant that we have fewer steps to run through and can edit gifts and constituent records on the fly from within ReceipterPro. They are working on their release for NXT in October and are looking at donor acknowledgements/soft credits.
