MAYBE yes. I would review the bylaws to ensure they are completely independent first. But my gut suggests they are much like the CPB - established by the government but serving the nonprofit community independently. Good afternoon colleagues! We received a grant (with no deliverables) from the Cultural Council of Jacksonville. The Council was designated as the regrant organization for cultural arts by the City of Jacksonville in 1989. It is a separate 501(c)3 organization.
