Michelle, Giving USA once published a regular update on all state
registration requirements, but abandoned that in around 2010. My guess is
that it became a burden to keep up with all of the changes. I am attaching
the last one I recall seeing.
However, if you have secured the services of a firm to handle all your
annual state registrations, that firm will have the latest information for
you. Or, if you have no such vendor, your direct mail vendor sure as heck
better have such a list!
