Hello, Julie!
If it helps any, from my conversations with these types of third party vendors, YourCause issues receipts but Cybergrants does not issue receipts.

Subject: [FUNDSVCS] Cybergrants and Receipts
Hi All,
I'm new to the listserv and am so happy to have found it! My question is how do you receipt ACH gifts through Cybergrants? We receive ACH notifications from our bank that sometimes list the foundation, i.e., Duke Energy, Ernst & Young, and sometimes it's Cybergrants. I always thought it was similar to YourCause but I'm rethinking that. Any help, guidance or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you!
Julie
