My concern with vendors is twofold: they are expensive and, in my limited
experience with only one vendor, don't have a statistician on the team. For
example, the vendor we used stated upon delivery that the results were
biased, but didn't attempt to statistically adjust for that bias. Sheesh!
So we'll need to take the raw data and adjust for non-response bias
ourselves. The graphs were pretty, though.
