    The *University of North Carolina Greensboro*, Office of Advancement is seeking a *Director of Annual Giving*. Reporting to the Senior Director of Advancement Communications, Director of Annual Giving is responsible for the strategic execution, leadership and development of a comprehensive annual giving program at UNC Greensboro. The director will have responsibility for increasing the percentage of alumni participation, retention, reactivation and renewals of annual fund gifts. This position will also be responsible for successful collaboration in the areas of gift processing, data management and donor relations. The director will plan and administer a robust direct mail strategy, email solicitations, Giving Day Campaign and Telefund efforts. The director will bring to the position a strong knowledge and appreciation of annual giving strategies as they pertain to the overall success of advancement initiatives and the campaign goals of University Advancement. Master’s Degree; or Bachelor’s Degree with substantially equivalent experience would be considered. Strong managerial, leadership and supervisory skills necessary. Excellent skill and understanding of computer and constituent software required. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Willingness to work nights and weekends, as required. Five years of fund raising and/or educational experience required. Experience with Banner preferred.
