My personal two cents worth. Good experience? Hmm. I wouldn’t call it good even when it was at its best. However, it is the only service we have found thus far that lets us easily check address history at a price point we are willing to pay.
They used to sell a product we liked even better, but they added bells and whistles we did not want, gave it a slightly different name, and pushed the cost up to five times the price. We tried to negotiate but they refused, and we refuse to increase our expense ratio on unneeded services, so in the end, no deal. However, we still need to easily check address history, and every other product we researched was even worse. In the end we went with a low priced option they offer to the general public. Although the address history appears to be accurate, many other data points are not (but we don’t use those anyway.) This low cost version is constantly trying to shove things like “criminal history” at us. I paid once out of my own pocket to see this supposed “criminal history” on a record, and after paying the 20 dollars, found out it was someone with the same name, but different middle name and birthday living another state. They do mention the possibility in tiny print at the bottom of the page that the person you are looking at may not be the person with a criminal history, but I feel that is extremely unethical– making it appear at first glance that an innocent person has a criminal record.
So, wantonly running people’s reputations into the mud and trying to strong arm us to pay extra for products we didn’t want has left us with a bad taste. For the time being we are using them, but if anybody out there has a better option for address history lookup at a reasonable price, please let me know!

I've only used it in its free iteration (we have a subscription to a different service), but often use it for reverse address lookups.
