We are currently transitioning from using BBNC to IModules for our mass communication, gifts and event registrations. Since IModules doesn't speak to Raiser's Edge like BBNC does, we need to change our processes for email lists, unsubscribes, bounces, registrations and gifts.
If anyone else has made the same switch, or currently uses IModules with Raiser's Edge, please email me off the list serv if you are willing to share some of your processes, what difficulties you faced in the transition and how you dealt with them, or anything other tips you are willing to share.
